Items are sold from use or storage and have been described by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Viewings: The bidder must inspect the item, company documents and related papers before bidding. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a pre-sale inspection.

• 🛠️ Disconnection of supplies: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new lower price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions before bidding.
