• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from use or storage. The item has been photographed for the sale listing by the seller. The item has not been examined by an inspector, so hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, the company documents and relevant papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been detected during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without seller warranty, exchange or return rights. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. • 🔕 Origin of goods Items come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so please check items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection status via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and/or vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the original and the new (lower) price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
