Auto-darkening welding mask

An auto-darkening helmet is designed to protect the eyes and face during welding from sparks, splashes and harmful UV and IR radiation.

The mask is suitable for welding by all electric arc methods — coated MMA electrodes and semi-automatic MIG‑MAG and TIG gas-shielded methods. It is also possible to use TIG low-current welding (from 20 A).

The filter cassette has two light sensors that react to the welding arc light, automatically detect the start of welding and activate the auto-darkening function. When work ends the filter automatically returns to the light state.

The auto-darkening filter has two independent power sources:

• a built-in battery charged by solar cells
• two external AAA batteries

The ability to adjust parameters and helmet size allows the product to be adapted correctly to the type of work and customer expectations.
