The Cube Step In Hot Tub — just “Cube” among friends — has American‑style dimensions. Two metres by two metres gives four square metres of splashing or relaxing space. Small children can even swim in this tub! Adults should wear goggles if they wish, because there’s room to splash about. And when the kids are sent to bed, the Cube can hold the whole neighbourhood’s parents and even grandma — it seats up to 12 people without any world‑record attempts. You can of course pamper yourself and buy the Cube as a single’s tub, where even tall bathers can float without worrying about knees or heads hitting the sides. You can stretch out in more than a foetal position. The Cube is also guaranteed to be the hit at house parties: there’s no roof, so you can admire every season from your tub without limits.

With Hyvän Kaupan Paikka’s hot tubs, summer always gets hot and beautiful. In autumn you can admire the surrounding colours from warm water. More bathing space without large extra water use

The Cube can hold over 2,200 litres if filled to the brim. That is a little unnecessary: when eight to twelve bathers enter the warm water a lot will spill over. We recommend a fill level of about 1,800 litres, only a couple of hundred litres more than a standard tub. Even if Finland is a land of thousands of lakes, there’s no need to turn the Cube into a one‑off garden geyser. Estimating the right water amount for the number of people is easy to learn.

The Step In step is useful in many ways

You wouldn’t think one plastic step could be so versatile, but it is. We designed the Step In step to make entering the Cube easier. The step naturally helps when getting out of the tub, but it also works as a seat for a small child whose head might otherwise sink. In use we have found the step also makes a great armrest — it turns the Cube into a handy water armchair. The Step In solution makes the Cube a hot tub for all ages and helps people with limited mobility. Tired limbs are easier to lower into warm water thanks to the Cube’s Step In step.

The Cube’s design pays special attention to the corners: corner seats have backrests, so sitting in a corner is comfortable rather than stiff.

A wealth of choices

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka the customer is always right, so we offer several options for the Cube’s interior. You can choose the plastic shell colour from five options and decide the position of the Step In step relative to the heater. That’s not all. You can also choose the exterior cladding material from three options and select the cover colour between black or grey. The colour range is inspired by nature and includes sea blue and lichen grey. All shades coordinate well together.

Turbocharged super heater!

The Cube can be fitted with an optional super‑crazy 50 kW stove that gets your tub ready almost in one heating session. With this turbocharged stove the cube of water can heat up in winter in as little as an hour; in summer it’s naturally much faster. The three‑pipe system improves water circulation between the stove and the tub. You won’t have time for drinks to cool down, but you will hear no complaints about how fast the tub heats up.

Carefree plastic shell

The uniquely shaped, comfort‑focused Cube shell is rotationally moulded polyethylene. This plastic has memory — it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The easy‑care, low‑maintenance shell stands the test of time and we therefore offer a ten‑year warranty.

Because the plastic shell has no moulded seams, dirt has nowhere special to collect. Remember to keep the surfaces clean when changing water. This is easy with normal cleaning agents. Fastidious users can occasionally disinfect their tub, but remember to handle wastewater correctly.

Wood on the surface, insulation underneath — all domestic quality

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka’s Oulu factory the Cube is finished with beautiful wood to order. The exterior cladding uses Lunawood deep thermal‑treated wood that improves with age. If you wish you can apply wood preservative, oil or paint, but untreated wood will grey gracefully over time. Under the wooden shell the Cube’s thermal heart beats: the tub is lined with thermoplastic on the sides. Under the tub there is a carefully fitted EPS insulation layer over 40 cm thick that keeps bottoms warm even in the hardest frosts. The Cube is automatically a winter model, though summer use is perfectly allowed. Only relaxation and a bit more luxury in everyday life.

Finnish quality workmanship
