By participating in the auction you commit to collecting the goods by the stated deadline of 10 April 2026. Uncollected goods will be disposed of by the seller or the landlord so the premises can be handed over to the next user. No refund will be given for the purchase price of uncollected items.


The seller is a bankruptcy estate and has no knowledge of the properties, defects or deficiencies of the items for sale. No exchange or return rights, and no right to rescind or cancel the sale. The seller is not a trader and the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to this sale.
