NOTE! Goods must be collected between 7 April 2026 and 10 April 2026 during daytime hours 09:00–17:00. By participating in the auction you agree to collect the goods by the deadline of 10 April 2026. Uncollected items will be disposed of by the seller or the landlord so that the premises can be handed over to the next user. The purchase price paid for uncollected items will not be refunded.


The seller is a bankruptcy estate and has no information on the properties or possible defects and omissions of the items for sale. There is no right to exchange or return, nor right to cancel or rescind the sale. The seller is not a trader and the Consumer Protection Act does not apply to the sale.
