This is a mobile holiday accommodation for the next traveller. On a Scania chassis and mechanics. Small but sturdy Scania 11-litre engine that runs very neatly. Van Hool body construction. The vehicle has been built quite extensively, although of course some buyers may want to add work themselves. Strong Finnfoam insulation in the walls with log-panel interior finish.

The vehicle has freshwater and greywater systems that work. An air-source heat pump, also working.

Fuel-fired air heater in the body.

Comprehensive electrical system with leisure battery and all fittings. Everything built from proper components.

Kitchen equipment, WC, sleeping places for five people, seating for eight.

Engine oil, power-steering oil and both filters, as well as diesel filters, changed in 2023; driven approx. 1,000 km since.

Batteries, alternator and the dehumidifier cartridge renewed in 2022.

Vehicle was last inspected on 12 July 2023 with no remarks.

Defects and other observations

And now the fault list:

- Hole in the heater core caused by a drilling error (drill hit), bypass fitted.

- Roof hatches cracked this winter.

- Right rear air spring leaks slightly, drivable.

- Front axle anti-roll bar detached from the chassis.

- Charge pipe possibly leaking.

- Power-steering pipe needs replacing; leaks at the connection.

There are certainly other small jobs, but nothing insurmountable. Signs of use and wear; vehicle year 1992.
