• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are from active use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so latent defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the lot and any company documents and records. The buyer cannot later rely on anything that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or right of return provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each one. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact the seller. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible value added tax; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new and may have faults and deficiencies.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all matters relevant to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible latent defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The sale may include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.

And please note that

• inspect the lot and the information given about it before bidding

• the bids are binding and the lot has no exchange or return rights

• the lot is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not accept or reject the highest bid within two (2) working days of the end of the auction, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
