• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods come from use or storage. The item has been described for the sales listing by the seller. The product has not been inspected by a condition expert, so hidden faults may exist that were not noticed when listing.

• 👓 Viewing the item The bidder must inspect the item, and any company documents and records, before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on defects that could have been observed during prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold with no seller warranty, exchange or right of return. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the auction page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Products Goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check any matters related to the purchase beforehand, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer fully to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.

• The item is sold as is, but the seller is responsible for ensuring that the information in the listing is correct.

• If the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
