Seized property will be sold by the enforcement officer by private sale on the online auction site www.huutokaupat.com.

Offer period ends on 21 April 2026 at 16:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

If it is not possible to submit purchase offers via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com reference number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 20 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority's Vaasa office, Korsholmanpuistikko 45, 3rd floor, 65100 Vaasa or by email to erto.vaasa.uo@oikeus.fi.

The item is located in Vasa in the Tervajoki area. The exact location will be provided separately to those who have registered for the viewing.
