The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

The buyer must safely disconnect any equipment from electrical or water supplies at their own cost.

Items must be collected within one week of the auction closing unless otherwise notified to the bidder.

If the lot is not collected within a week, the bidder will be charged storage fees as invoiced.

If goods are moved from hired premises to our storage after one week, we will charge the bidder for the transfer costs.

The goods are not subject to VAT as the seller is a bankruptcy estate.
