If you are looking for a car that has lived a little but hasn’t lost its character, here’s a candidate. Not new, not perfect, but still typically BMW to drive! Suitable if you want a tidy and decent 1 Series for everyday use, storage or minor improvements to make it even better.


The car was imported from Germany and first registered in Finland on 4 April 2012. There is normal wear for a car now 21 years old, but the overall appearance is surprisingly neat and rust is not a major issue. An honest daily driver that still delivers the typical BMW driving feel. For its age it offers good handling and reasonable performance. As an imported car this example is relatively well equipped and leather upholstery is not common in many similar cars. The windscreen appears to have been recently replaced and is tidy and intact.


Two sets of tyres, both on aluminium wheels. Winter tyres (friction) with approx. 5 mm tread; summer tyres have approx. 6–7 mm on two and 3.5–4 mm on the other two.
