Defects and other observations

During a short test drive we made the following observations:

  • The front end knocks; inspected as far as possible and found the front lower control arm front bushes loose. Left brake caliper guide pins appear loose and the caliper has play.

  • An auxiliary engine accessory makes a rattling/clicking noise at idle; we could not determine the source.

  • Gives a fault code for the tailgate opening mechanism and the tailgate does not open electrically.

  • We were unable to confirm the operation of the Webasto heater; assumed not to work.


The car has not been subject to a technical condition inspection by us and the functionality of all equipment has not been tested. It may have latent faults that we did not detect during the test drive. You may inspect the car in more detail before making a binding bid. Please note that every offer is binding.
