Seized entire share capital of Keski-Himos Oy, Jämsä

The item will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 13 March 2026 and 10 April 2026. The deadline for submitting bids ends at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Registration is required to participate in the auction.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately on the acceptance or rejection of the highest bid.

The Enforcement Authority reserves the right to extend the bidding deadline if necessary.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a submitted bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may give rise to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may deliver a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum bid according to the automatic increment. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the bid and the Huutokaupat.com item number to which the bid relates.

The written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the offer has been accepted. Payment is to be made by bank transfer.

After the auction has ended the Enforcement Authority will contact the highest bidder whose bid has been accepted and give detailed instructions for the payment of the purchase price. The highest bidder must also state on whose behalf the bid was made. Otherwise the highest bidder will be considered the buyer.

The property has been seized and will be sold by a free sale conducted by the enforcement officer under Chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code, observing where applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.
