• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition‑checked. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come straight from use or storage. The seller has photographed the item for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item, relevant company documents and papers before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each lot may have its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each lot. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect items carefully before purchasing. Always check any related matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Item collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) sale price and the bid price, together with any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before bidding.

• inspect the item and the provided information before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold as seen, but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is accurate

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days after the auction ends, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
