• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected for condition. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Goods are sold directly from use or storage. The item has been described by the seller for the listing. The product has not been examined by a professional inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: The bidder must inspect the premises, company documents and records related to the lot before bidding. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any matter that could have been observed during a pre-sale inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return right for the item. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win several lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and fees" section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: Goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Please always check any matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment, and potential hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest.

• The bankruptcy estate cannot be considered an entrepreneur as defined in consumer protection law and this is not professional commercial activity.

  Consumer protection law provisions on consumer sales do not apply to the items.

• The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com does not act as a contracting party.

• Inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding.

• Bids are binding and the item has no exchange or return right.

• The item is sold on an 'as is' basis, but the seller warrants that the information provided in the listing is correct.

• If the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
