Defects and other observations

On a short test drive we made the following observations
- Driven quite extensively. The transmission and four-wheel drive operate well. Otherwise the driving feel and interior do not reveal the vehicle’s mileage except from the odometer.
- During the test drive the coolant warning light came on. Taken to a garage where it was found that the upper coolant hose was split. The garage repaired it but did not replace it. It now holds coolant and does not leak, but no guarantee can be given for the repair.
- Rust on the wheel arches.
- The Webasto heater had stopped working recently. (The customer suspected the service hours limit had been reached and it may need resetting.) It has been in heavy use and worked earlier this winter.

This item has not been subject to our technical condition inspection and not all equipment has been tested. There may be hidden faults we did not detect on the test drive. You may inspect the item more closely before placing a binding bid. Please arrange your visit in advance, thank you.
