The object is sold in an online auction with incremental bidding on the website www.huutokaupat.com during 27/02/2026–15/03/2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for placing bids ends at 19:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one accepted as highest by the service provider’s system. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to place a bid via the Huutokaupat service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The written bid will be entered in the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic increment system. The bid must be submitted in writing no later than 13/03/2026 at 12:00 to Utsökningsverket, verksamhetsstället i Mariehamn, Torggatan 16 A, Mariehamn. The bid may also be posted to Utsökningsverket, verksamhetsställe Mariehamn, PO Box 33, 22101 Mariehamn, but the document must be received by the Enforcement Authority by the above date and time. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the item number in the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid applies. The bidder must identify themselves when submitting the bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment time. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code. If payment is not made within the specified time, the buyer may be required to pay annual default interest in accordance with Section 4(1) of the Interest Act.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
