Have you ever sat over your morning coffee and noticed the spring sun through the window and thought you need something small and fun to get to the ice-cream kiosk this summer?


->Here’s the cure: an Audi TT powered by a 3.2-litre VR6 petrol engine with proper, mechanical character — no extra “electronic gadgets” — and with quattro four-wheel drive you can start enjoying it straight away!


The car has been test-driven: it feels very solid and precise (H&R springs, inspection-approved). Despite the firm setup there were no knocks or rattles even in cold weather. The free-breathing engine still has good power and torque and moves the car well. DSG operation pleasantly surprised me — no jerks, smooth and reasonably quick shifts for a car of this age.

->Overall it feels well sorted for an almost 20-year-old car. The exhaust has been altered somewhat, and the exhaust note is delightful as revs rise. I have not listed paddle shifters as equipment because the left ("-" / minus) paddle does not work.


Body condition: For an almost 20-year-old car I would describe it as well preserved and tidy. Quite smart. (See photos)


Interior condition: Same story overall, but the driver’s seat is torn at the side (See photos)


Windscreen condition: Intact, normal wear (See photos)


Tyres: Summer tyres 255/35ZR18 on Rotor wheels with Toyo R888R semi-slicks (tread remaining). Winter tyres on black 18" alloys with competent Goodyear winter tyres.


Maintenance: See photos for service records. The car has two service books and a large pile of receipts. A few highlights:

Timing chain + flywheel + water pump + thermostat + air-conditioning compressor replaced Jul 2022
Transmission overhaul — clutches, mechatronics, bearings Aug 2017. Both front wheel bearings, inner and outer tie-rod ends replaced + four-wheel alignment Sep 2022. Spark plugs Dec 2025 and one ignition coil replaced.
