Conclusion of the sale

Decision-making follows the Municipality of Utsjoki's administrative rules. Utsjoki Municipality will make the final sale decision after the auction ends.

The transfer of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code (540/2016). Utsjoki Municipality will prepare the deed and it will be signed in Utsjoki.
