If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

We ask you to inspect the goods on site, as items are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You can collect the goods within 2 weeks; during collection you can also view additional products — we have thousands of models in our showroom.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the auction winner or to a third party with written authorisation.

A cancellation fee for breaking a binding sale / unpaid winning bid of 10% of the sale price will be charged.
