The building's gross floor area is 80.1 m² and net internal area 71.1 m². Interior height approx. 3.0 m (wall 2.7 m + plinth 0.3 m).

17 small elements with the following construction:

• Frame studs 42 x 123 C18

• Top and bottom rails, and braces 48 x 123 C24

• Wind-protection gypsum board

• Ventilation strip in the ventilation gap

• Cross battens 21 + 21 mm

• Exterior cladding panel 23 x 145 UYV (vertical), primed.

• Walls can be insulated if desired, or the building left uninsulated (cold).

Roof trusses 10 pcs (+ truss plans)

• The following timber is supplied loose:

• Internal horizontal battens 48 x 48 mm

• Plinth starter board and foam strips.

• Seam boards for the exterior cladding (for element joints)

• Permit drawings (plan, elevation and section)

• Layout drawing of the timber frame

• Element installation drawing, foundation sizing drawing and installation instructions.

Elements are easy to install following the supplied instructions. If needed, window and door element positions can be swapped so the entrance can be placed on another side or on the gable. Any changes will also be reflected in the drawings.

The elements are manufactured after the order is placed and delivered to the customer freshly manufactured. Delivery time approx. 6 weeks after the order, or as agreed. The contents are invoiced to the buyer only after the elements have been manufactured, so purchasing is risk-free. If needed, we can store the contents free of charge until the end of spring/early summer.

We can also arrange freight and installation of the contents on separate order, as well as supply windows, doors, insulation and other materials. Ask for details.
