Warranty:

If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or equivalent tiles.

Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

You may collect the goods within 2 weeks; you can also view additional products in our showroom, which has thousands of models.

After 2 weeks a storage fee of €10/day/pallet applies.

Goods will be released to the winning bidder or to a third party with written authorisation.

We charge a cancellation/damage fee of 10% of the sale price for cancelling a binding purchase or for unpaid winning bids
