The car came to us in part-exchange and during a 300 km test drive we noticed no faults other than the engine warning light. The car runs normally and there are no unusual rattles or knocks. The engine warning light is on; according to the previous owner it was linked to the camshaft position sensor, which had been replaced but the fault remained. It has not been reset. The car starts normally and the previous owner had checked the timing components — they are in good condition.
