The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 12 m² (3000×4000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery is comprehensive; you only need a cordless screwdriver to fit the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3×4 prefabricated terrace is made from elements and is a fast, easy-to-install terrace solution. In appearance and durability it corresponds to a traditional site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance; the decking is continuous with no end joints. The decking is made from solid, sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking boards. The rim boards are fitted horizontally; a terrace delivered with low adjustable feet comes with one rim-board course. A terrace with high adjustable feet comes with two rim-board courses.

The terrace is delivered as four ready-made elements, each 1000 mm × 3000 mm. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by 2–3 people.

Installation is easy; for fitting you only need a cordless screwdriver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small surface irregularities and minor ground level differences. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm (low feet) or 306–386 mm (high feet) from ground to the top surface. The delivery includes a weed-suppressing underlay to prevent weeds growing under the terrace. Install by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting the height and slope, and securing the next element. Elements join to each other with screw connections. The connection method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

Patio prefabricated terraces are easily extendable and can be fitted with accessories such as railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that equipment can be added afterwards.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade pressure‑treated timber. Frame cut surfaces have been treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless steel screws. Patio prefabricated terraces carry a five-year frame warranty.

The auctioned item can be collected from our factory at an agreed time or we can send it to the buyer by freight. If the delivery method is collection, any collection time must be arranged separately.
