On a short test drive we made the following observations:


For driving the Volvo feels surprisingly good.

The car reports that the service is overdue.

Some small knocks from the suspension.

Driver's side doors won't lock and the windows won't open.

Of the summer tyres two are worn out; the other two meet the legal minimum tread but are not great.

The steering felt a little stiff when turning while parked.

Bodywork surprisingly tidy for the mileage.

With a bit of tinkering this can still be a fine ride for new adventures.
