• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. • 🛠️ Disconnecting utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise agreed. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the buyer the difference between the new lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sale terms before bidding.
