Items are taken from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The item has not been inspected by a professional, so hidden defects may be present that were not noticed when the listing was created.

• 👓 Viewing: The bidder must inspect the lot, related documents and records before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no seller warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
