Defects and other observations

During the test drive we made the following observations:

  • The tailgate opens halfway after which the electric motor cannot lift it to the top. Requires manual assistance; likely the tailgate electric motor needs replacing.

  • The CarVertical report shows damage events in Belgium in 2017, 2019 and 2021. Report attached.

  • A wheel bearing has started to make noise at around 100 km/h.


The vehicle has been test-driven by us and fluid levels have been checked. The vehicle has not been subject to a technical inspection by us and not all equipment functions have been tested.
