The item’s stated condition is based on a superficial inspection. The product may not have been tested in all respects. The item is sold without warranty or right of return. An office fee of €29.90 is always added to the auction price regardless of whether the item is collected or delivered to the buyer. Failure to pay the purchase price will incur resale and handling charges equal to 10% of the purchase price, but at least €100. In addition, the buyer may be charged the actual and reasonable costs caused by the cancellation of the sale. Unpaid receivables may be referred to a debt collection agency.
