The Family hot tub is designed to meet the needs of the whole family, regardless of age or physical condition.

The tub has moulded, integrated steps that make entering and exiting easier.

Besides practicality, the easy-to-use steps also improve safety.

Children can sit on the highest step while bathing.

The Family model was developed following customer demand.

Made of high-quality, marine-grade aluminium with excellent thermal conductivity.

The outer cladding is Finnish spruce panelling treated with a charcoal-black stain that keeps its appearance for a long time.

The interior colour is grey — timeless, elegant and suitable for many environments.

The heater is an external grey Cultsi model suitable for heating smaller tubs.

The Cultsi stove has a gross output of 36 kW and a net water-heating output of 22 kW.

The tub must be placed on a level base capable of bearing the full weight of a filled tub.

The tub can be bedded on crushed stone or the base can alternatively be cast in concrete.

EPS-based tubs must have a flat base and cannot be mounted on joists.

When choosing a location, consider how the water will be drained; if necessary water can be led away with a hose.

The drain valve is located opposite the stove and fits a hose with an internal diameter of 38 mm.

Fire-safety matters must also be considered.

The stove’s chimney must always be positioned a safe distance from combustible materials — check clearances both laterally and vertically.

For winter use, do not allow a filled tub to freeze.

In freezing conditions, either carefully drain the tub or ensure sufficient heating to prevent freezing.

Also remember to leave the drain valve half-open so water in the tub can escape.

Following these instructions prevents the valve and pipes from freezing. The most important rule concerns the water level in the tub and lighting the stove.

Never light the tub stove when the tub is empty or partially filled. Do not drain the tub until the stove fire has gone out and the embers have cooled.

Minimum fill levels are specified in the stove model instructions and on a plate on the stove.

Keep the tub covered with a model-specific cover and maintain cleanliness by regular washing and drying.
