The online auction ends on 5 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid. Whether the highest bid is accepted or rejected will be decided separately.

The seized item is sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer on the website www.huutokaupat.com. The sale period expires on 5 March 2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last purchase bid. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If the highest bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the given payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability for compensation under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

The buyer’s obligation to pay the purchase price begins when the bid has been accepted. Payment shall be made by bank transfer. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid is accepted and on the same day, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority's official account FI93 8129 9710 0163 61. Detailed payment instructions will be provided to the buyer after acceptance of the bid.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase offer via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement officer, which will be attached to the online auction as a maximum bid according to the automatic bidding system.
