• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noted in the listing.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the item and any company documents and records before placing an offer. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been discovered on prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The seller provides no warranty, exchange or return rights. Offers are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days following the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com via email. Please note each winning lot has its own pickup fee; if there are multiple wins, a pickup fee must be paid for each. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and charges" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🔕 Items from a bankruptcy estate The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when bidding. The items are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return rights: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle data service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of utilities: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection is charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the seller resells the item, they will charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sale terms applicable to this auction before placing an offer.
