Commissioned: 2020. Previously on lease to Fat Lizard Helsinki under Nordea financing. Purchased by Tap and Table (Samson Investments Oy) in March 2025. By mutual agreement the restaurant will cease operations at its current location and sell its assets.


Metos HDW-3N thermal drawer system is well suited for the thermal storage of thin products that are not stacked on top of each other. Each drawer has adjustable valves and individual thermostat controls that keep a variety of warm foods safely ready to serve. Sturdy construction with durable drawer frame and slide rails. The drawer opens completely, allowing dishes to be removed without tilting them. Each drawer contains one full-size 150 mm stainless-steel container. An angular chrome handle controls cart traffic. Easy to clean, black, coated exterior for a free-standing model.



Defects and other observations

The unit was operational at the time of listing; however no further testing has been carried out, so the item is sold as seen, in the condition visible to the buyer. Interested buyers are welcome to test the unit before making an offer by appointment only. A demonstration video of the unit's operation can also be provided.
