The Patio Classic prefabricated terrace is a modular, quick and easy-to-install 9 m² (3000 x 3000 mm) pressure‑treated timber terrace for those who value their time and good quality. The delivery content is comprehensive — you only need a power screwdriver to install the terrace.

The Patio Classic 3x3 prefabricated terrace is made of elements and is an easy and fast terrace solution to install. The finished terrace matches the appearance and durability of a traditional, site-built terrace.

Patio Classic has a stylishly simple appearance: the deck is continuous, without end seams. The decking is made from a solid and sturdy 145 mm wide pressure‑treated decking board. Edge boards are installed horizontally; the terrace delivered with low adjustable feet has a single edge-board round. The prefabricated terrace with high adjustable feet has two edge-board rounds.

The terrace is delivered as three ready-made elements measuring 1000 mm x 3000 mm each. Each element is light enough to be carried and moved by two people.

Installation is simple — you only need a power screwdriver. Everything else is included in the delivery.

The terrace is installed on concrete slabs using adjustable feet. The feet allow for small unevennesses at the installation site and minor ground level variations. The low adjustable foot allows height variations up to 40 mm, the high adjustable foot up to 80 mm. Depending on the feet used, the terrace height is 266–306 mm with low feet or 306–386 mm with high feet, measured from ground to the top surface of the terrace. A weed-preventing underlay for under the terrace is included with the delivery. Installation is carried out by lifting the elements into place one at a time, adjusting height and tilt correctly, and fitting the next element. Elements are joined together with screw connections. The joint method is strong and the terrace will not sag under heavy loads. All screws and the required screwdriver bits are included.

The Patio prefabricated terrace is easy to extend and equip, for example with terrace railings. Patio terraces and related accessories are designed to be compatible so that equipment can also be added later.

The terrace frame is made from efficiently protected, ground-contact suitable A-grade pressure‑treated timber. Frame cut surfaces are treated with wood preservative and screw connections are made with stainless screws. Patio prefabricated terraces come with a five-year frame warranty.
