The lot is sold in the condition and with the equipment as stated in the listing and at the time of sale. Items shown in photos are not included unless explicitly stated. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the item. The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The buyer is responsible for safely detaching, moving, packaging and collecting the lot and for related costs. Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and any paid purchase price will not be refunded to the buyer. The seller is not responsible for any errors in the listing. Vehicles are registered using the auction information — bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices with different details and other additional work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction may take from days up to weeks depending on parties such as creditors, finance companies and the need for anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks on the buyer. The seller cannot influence the processing time.
