Uncollected goods revert to the seller's ownership after 14 days (unless otherwise agreed) and the paid purchase price will not be refunded. The seller is not responsible for possible errors in the listing. Vehicles are registered using the auction details; bid with the correct identifiers. Any subsequent invoices issued with different details or other extra work will be charged to the buyer. Unpaid vehicle taxes always transfer to the buyer. Acceptance of the auction can take from days to even weeks depending on various parties such as creditors, finance companies, etc., and on whether money-laundering and sanctions-related checks are carried out on the buyer. The seller cannot influence processing time.
