We turned the idea into a product and so the Premium Hot Tub was born, with room to sprawl thanks to a two-metre diameter! You can enjoy the luxury space alone, but the Premium Hot Tub also fits a whole group of friends. Children have space for wilder water play in this quality giant. We improved the Premium Hot Tub further by adding a step to make entry easier, creating the Premium Step In Hot Tub, which makes it easier for children and older people to get in and out to cool off. The step's versatility makes this tub even more premium.

Easy-to-use, versatile Step In step

You might not think that a single plastic step can do so much, but it does. We designed the Step In step to make entering the tub easier. The step naturally helps with getting in and out, but it also serves as a seat for a smaller child whose head might otherwise sink under the water. Parents can relax more when the child has a bathing step sized for them. We have also found the step useful as a handhold — the step makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub a handy lounging tub. The Step In solution makes the Premium Step In Hot Tub suitable for bathers of all ages and eases bathing for people with reduced mobility.

Premium class adds extra room

At Hyvän Kaupan Paikka we make quality hot tubs, but the Premium series takes things further with its larger size. With the Premium range you get a bigger tub and that means first-class, premium-level comfort. In smaller tubs feet easily get cramped in the middle, but an extra 30–40 cm in diameter makes a big difference! The water volume does not increase dramatically and the Premium Step In Hot Tub reaches bathing temperature almost as quickly as smaller tubs. Plenty of choices

We apologise in advance if we make buying the tub a little tricky — but this is a good problem: you need to choose options so your Premium Step In Hot Tub fits your taste. You can choose the plastic shell colour from five options. It doesn't stop there: you can choose the external cladding material from three options and the cover colour as black or grey. The colour range is inspired by nature and includes sea-blue and lichen-grey. All shades work well together.

Insulation for northern conditions

To achieve first-class insulation we wrapped the Premium Step In Hot Tub in proper thermal layers. Under the plastic shell there is 44 cm of EPS insulation that keeps frost away and the bath water warm even in colder winter weather. We also added ample thermo-plastic insulation to the sides so the edges are insulated too. This highly efficient tub retains heat so well that a well-covered Premium Step In Hot Tub can still be warm the next day. For winter bathing we recommend one firing before the next day's bath. Oxygen tablets added after the previous evening's bath will also refresh the water for the next session. And then enjoy again — or if children are involved, splash around.

Powerful hot performance

Our efficient marine-grade aluminium Arctic stove heats the water to bathing temperature in a few hours. The 35 kW stove is made of durable marine aluminium and conducts heat well. The stove has an attractive glass inspection window so the wood-fired tub produces a pleasant glow without needing to open the door to check the fire.

Our marine-grade aluminium stoves are made in Finland. The powerful stove tolerates even seawater, so it can be used with fresh or brackish water. Thoughtful material details make the stove a top-quality product. Remember that chlorine is not recommended with marine aluminium, as chlorine oxidises marine aluminium. We recommend changing the water regularly and using active oxygen tablets (see accessory list). Active oxygen sanitises the water for roughly 24 hours, after which the water can be reused for watering plants since it contains no added chemicals and is safer for children. Unstabilised water can form slimy residues on the tub edges, but active oxygen prevents this process.

Carefree plastic shell

The uniquely shaped, ergonomically planned shell of the Premium Step In Hot Tub is rotationally moulded polyethylene (Jaxal). This plastic has memory — it wants to keep the shape it was moulded into. The low-maintenance plastic shell stands the test of time, and we therefore offer a ten-year warranty.

Because there are no moulded seams in the plastic shell, dirt has nowhere special to collect. Remember to keep the surfaces clean when changing the water. This is easily done with standard detergents. Careful users can disinfect more regularly, but be sure to handle wastewater appropriately.
