If you find cracked or broken tiles, you may exchange them free of charge for identical or similar tiles.


Please inspect the goods on site, as items are sold as seen at the time of sale and are not returnable or exchangeable.

You may collect the goods within two weeks; while collecting you can also view additional products — our showroom has thousands of models.

After two weeks storage fee €10/day/pallet.


Goods will be released to the auction winner or to an authorised person with a power of attorney.


We charge a 10% compensation fee of the sale price for cancelling a binding sale / unpaid auction win.
