• 🔕 Origin of items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection details via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless stated otherwise. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  The seller may resell the item and charge the difference if the buyer withdraws, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions before bidding.
