As the item has not been inspected by a professional, hidden defects may exist that were not noticed when the listing was prepared.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading of the goods.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the original bid, plus any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms before bidding.
