  Transfer of a share held in the book-entry system

  The transfer of a share held in the book-entry system proceeds as follows:

  1. The parties conclude the sale between them or the transfer is based on another acquisition.
  2. The transferee (buyer) notifies the board of Taksi Helsinki Oy by submitting the deed of sale to Taksi Helsinki Oy.
  3. The parties submit the deed of sale to the transferor's (seller's) book-entry account operator to transfer the shares from the transferor's (seller's) book-entry account to the transferee's (buyer's) book-entry account.
  4. The shares are transferred to the transferee's (buyer's) account in the book-entry system.
  5. The shares are recorded on a separate waiting list pending the board of Taksi Helsinki Oy's decision to accept the transfer.
  6. Taksi Helsinki Oy notifies Euroclear and the parties whether it accepts the transfer.
  7. Euroclear transfers the board-approved shares from the waiting list to the shareholder register, after which the shares entitle the holder to all rights related to Taksi Helsinki Oy shares.

  
  Right of redemption (Article 6 of Taksi Helsinki Oy's articles of association)

  When a company share has been transferred to an external party, the company's board must inform shareholders entitled to redeem the share of the transfer by publishing a notice of the transfer on the company's notice board at its premises.

  The right of redemption belongs to those shareholders who owned a share of the same series as the shares to be redeemed at the time ownership was transferred.

  A claim for redemption must be submitted to the board within one (1) month of the notification of the share transfer to the board.

The sale will take place at the seller's premises in Vantaa, and the taxi devices related to taxi 515 will be transferred to the buyer's possession.
