Four-wheel-drive Ford Kuga with a long MOT for the next owner!

History: Finnish car with a clean history — no accidents or similar. The previous owner used the car from August 2023 until now. They replaced the car through us for a slightly newer model.

Equipment: Auxiliary fuel-operated heater with timer (Eberspächer), engine block heater, interior power socket, towbar, cruise control, partial leather seats, keyless start, automatic climate control, heated windscreen, seat heaters, radio, CD player, AUX, trip computer, multifunction steering wheel, electric windows, electrically adjustable mirrors, automatic windscreen wipers, traction control, two remote keys, two sets of tyres on alloy wheels, service book. Not all features have been tested!

Service: The car has a paper service book with recorded services — see the service-book photos. The previous owner recently renewed the EGR valve, starter motor and rear brakes.

Condition: The bodywork is in good condition. The bonnet has few stone chips but no dents, only some faint dark scuffs. Bumper has a few random stone chips and a few scratches on the front passenger corner. Headlight units are clear and intact with no moisture. Both sides are tidy apart from a few small marks. The driver’s door has three small paint chips; same on the passenger door. At the rear the loading area shows normal wear and the Ford badge is also worn. I noticed very slight moisture in the right-side headlight immediately after washing. Otherwise the rear lights are clear and intact. I found no rust on the body. The windscreen has a modest stone chip on the driver’s side; it initially looks like a small crack but on closer inspection it appears to be just a scratch. Inside nothing is broken, only normal wear on the steering wheel, seat leather areas and gear lever. No smell of smoke or pets, the interior scent is neutral. Summer tyres are on Ford original alloy wheels. Three summer tyres have about 6 mm tread by fingertip estimate and one tyre about 2–3 mm. Winter tyres are also on Ford alloy wheels — studded tyres in excellent condition, purchased by the previous owner last winter for this car. On the test drive: I personally test-drove the car and was pleasantly surprised by how well it drives. The engine runs smoothly, the gearbox and clutch feel normal, and the suspension makes no unusual rattles or knocks.

Observed faults/notes: The engine warning light is on (may be a sensor or similar; the fault does not appear to affect driving). One summer tyre is significantly more worn than the others. Bumper has a few scratches on the passenger-side corner. Both front doors have a few small paint chips. Very slight moisture seen in the passenger-side headlight immediately after washing. Driver-side windscreen stone chip mentioned above. A few faint scuffs on the bonnet. Normal interior wear.
