Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as bids in the online auction. The written offer must be signed and must include the bidder's contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the Huutokaupat.com service item number to which the offer relates. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid. The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the one that the service provider's system has registered as highest.
