The lot is sold by incrementing bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com from 02/02/2026 to 23/02/2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids is 23/02/2026 at 13:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to buyer liability for compensation under section 25 of Chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit offers via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid in the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum bid amount and the www.huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The offer must be submitted no later than 19/02/2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Kuopio office at Tulliportinkatu 35, 70110 Kuopio, or by email to kuopio.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.
