Fiskars Oyj Abp is selling, by auction based on a district court decision, two log cabins. The buildings are sold separately from the land and in their current condition. Note: both log cabins are sold together as a single lot and cannot be purchased separately. The plots are sold separately. Svensk text below.

The buildings have been vacant for several years, are in poor condition and are suitable as renovation or reuse projects. The buildings are full of chattels, which pass to the buyer and must be removed by the buyer.

The seller does not have keys. The buyer is responsible for dismantling, emptying and transport.
The buildings must be removed no later than 15 May 2026.

Two log cabins are sold by auction under a district court decision

Renovation or reuse project – possibility to re-erect or reuse materials

Two (2) separate log cabins are sold by voluntary auction under a final district court decision. The buildings are sold separately from the land and are not fixtures of the property. Note: both log cabins are sold together and cannot be bought separately.

The buildings have been vacant for many years and are in poor condition. They are primarily suitable for dismantling and re-erection at another location, or for reusing the logs and building materials.

Condition and contents:

• The buildings are in need of major renovation.

• Approximate floor areas: roughly 143 m² (approx. 59 m² + approx. 84 m²) and approx. 56 m²

• The buildings are full of chattels.

• All chattels in the buildings pass to the buyer, who is responsible for removing and disposing of them at their own cost.

• The seller will not carry out emptying, cleaning or remediation.

Terms of sale (key information):

• The sale is carried out under a district court decision.

• The buildings are sold as they are.

• The seller gives no warranty as to the condition, construction, suitability for use, or any defects, deficiencies or latent faults.

• The seller has no keys to the buildings.

• The buyer is responsible for all of the following:

  • dismantling works

  • emptying chattels

  • loading

  • transport

  • any required permits, safety arrangements and all costs

• Removal of the buildings and chattels is an absolute obligation and must be completed by 15 May 2026.

• The buyer is responsible for ensuring all work is carried out without damage to the land, the environment or third parties.

Viewing and documentation:

The items are presented with photographs. Any viewing will be arranged as stated in the auction or by separate agreement.

The sale is a voluntary auction with the court’s permission.
The seller is not liable for defects, deficiencies or conditions discovered after the purchase.
The buyer is deemed to have reviewed the available documentation and images before bidding.

There is no right of withdrawal after the auction has ended.

A deed of sale or transfer document will be prepared after the auction in accordance with applicable law and the district court decision.

Fiskars Oyj Abp is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. Fiskars Oyj Abp reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period. Bids submitted via the online auction are binding. The property will be sold to the highest bidder (total price, €). However, the seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. Conditional bids will not be accepted. The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment stated in the notice and at the time of sale. Descriptions in the notice are only the seller’s estimates. Participants in the auction must familiarise themselves with the property before submitting a binding bid. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts the condition of the property.

The buyer shall pay the purchase price at the completion. Ownership transfers to the buyer upon signing the deed of sale and payment of the purchase price.

The final sale must be concluded no later than one month after acceptance of the bid.

Bids for the items must be submitted via Huutokaupat.com no later than 26 Feb 2026 at 14:00. Bids submitted in any other way or after this deadline will be rejected.
