The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the operation of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has recorded as the highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability to compensate under section 25 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit a purchase bid via the huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic increment system. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount of the offer and the huutokaupat.com item number to which the offer relates. The written offer is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written offer must be delivered no later than 10 February 2026 at 16:15 to the Enforcement Authority’s Turku office at Sairashuoneenkatu 2–4, 20100 Turku, or by e-mail to turku.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The written bid will be added to the online auction as a maximum bid by the automatic increment system. The written bid is binding and is subject to the same conditions as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must include the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the Huutokaupat.com item number for which the bid is made.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and will be sold by public sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance, where applicable, with the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the lot.

Buyers are strongly advised to inspect the lot, the sales brochure and the attached documents carefully before placing a bid.

The item is to be collected after payment of the purchase price. On collection the buyer will be given a delivery certificate. Collection must be arranged separately with Enforcement Chief Inspector Agis Kauristo Modinos.

Appeals against the sale and related or prior acts must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Instructions on how to appeal are attached to the sales decision.

Payment terms:
The person who made the highest bid must, immediately after the bid has been accepted, pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account on the same day.

If payment is not made within the prescribed time, the buyer must pay late payment interest on the full purchase price in accordance with section 4(1) of the Interest Act until the purchase price is paid or a new sale is carried out. The late payment interest rate is currently 9.50%.
