From my own use: a tidy Skoda up for auction. The car was used as a taxi when new, so it has been serviced more than enough and you can tell.

Drivability is still very good and you hardly notice the kilometres at the wheel.

The car had a factory replacement engine fitted on 23 August 2023 at 183,653 km
and a factory replacement gearbox fitted on 13 February 2023 at 171,689 km

So the drivetrain has been driven approximately 133,000 km at the time of listing. The car therefore still has a lot of usable life left.
When the gearbox was replaced the dual-mass flywheel was not changed, but that was replaced at the end of last year (October 2025) and the part was purchased from a supplier equivalent to the original (LUK) — receipt available. So you do not need to worry about that costly repair now.
The AdBlue system has also been repaired in recent years — the most common pipe that usually freezes has been replaced.
The car has a remote-controlled Webasto heater that can be operated with the controller attached to the keys or scheduled directly from the car's centre console.

Before the snow arrived a major service was carried out which included
