The car has been my daily driver for about six months and has served well. The starter motor was replaced while I owned it. The timing system was checked at 140,000 km and a service carried out at 170,000 km according to the service book; there may be newer receipts in the paperwork.


The undercarriage has started making enough noise now that it will likely be a project/field car. Power is still there and it’s eager to go, but I expect the repair would be fairly costly/time‑consuming (even for someone handy), so it’s not worth returning to regular road use. It is drivable to its destination, but I wouldn’t drive it to Europe.
