Latest maintenance:

• front pump seals and oils replaced

• clutch master cylinder, clutch line, slave cylinder

• brake pads, etc.

• 11 September 2025 — 251 h: oil and filter

• oil and filter changed roughly every 10 h, air filter and spark plug replaced and valve clearances checked, always before the season.

  
  

I had the engine serviced/inspected by a competent acquaintance in late winter 2024 because the previous service history was uncertain and the hour meter had just reached 200 h. Everything was checked; the engine was fully opened and the following new parts were fitted:

• piston

• timing chain

• seals and gaskets

• crank bearings

• drive-shaft bearing

• Carburettor was also cleaned at the same time.

• Parts were bought directly from Snellmann and receipts are kept.

• The threads of the gearbox-side oil plug had to be repaired because the previous mechanic had slightly damaged them; this was properly fixed.

Not all engine bearings could be replaced due to availability issues. Everything was inspected and all bearings under highest load were replaced. The engine’s general condition matches the hours; the old piston does not indicate severe use despite the 200 h reading. All old parts are kept as proof (some replaced parts may be unmentioned). Crankshaft and conrod were checked with a dial gauge and are in good order.

Approximately 50 h ridden without issues since the service.

Different mirrors fitted than in the photos. Everything works, horn included.

Registered at 8.3 kW, which gives cheaper insurance.

According to earlier listings it has been road-registered for several years before I bought it in 2023, possibly since new. I have ridden it about 80 h / 4,500 km, so I know this moped fairly well.
